To register for a new web account, please provide the following:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Company Name or Company Licence Number or Special Broker Licence Number

If you require access to more than one company, please enter the above information for each company as a new line. Note – you must be set up as a contact for the company in our system before you can gain Web Access for the company.

Additional Notes:

1. If you are registering a web account for an insurance company, fraternal society or a reciprocal insurance exchange that is not yet licensed, contact the Superintendent’s Office by email at tbf.insurance-licens@gov.ab.ca or call (780) 415-0518 to complete initial registration prior to requesting a web account.
2. If you are registering a web account for a special broker that is not yet licensed, contact the Superintendent’s Office by email at tbf.unlicensedinsurance@gov.ab.ca or call (780) 415-0518 to complete initial registration prior to requesting a web account.
3. If you are registering a web account for an existing insurance company, fraternal society, reciprocal insurance exchange or special broker and you are not a contact for the company in our system, please contact the Superintendent’s Office to complete initial contact registration first.
4. If you already have a web account and wish to gain access to other companies, please do not submit request from this form and contact the Superintendent’s Office at the contact information listed under option 2 or 3 above.
